Anonymity & privacy

This is an anonymous community. We collect as little as possible, never show your email, and keep security logs only as long as we truly need them.

Why your username matters

Peptides are a sensitive topic. Many people want to ask questions and share experiences without their name being attached to it. That only works if your public identity here stays separate from your real one.

So when you sign up, think of yourself as a new persona. A good username is short, made up, and has no link to your real name, your usual handles on other platforms, or your email address.

Avoid usernames you already use elsewhere - reusing the same handle is one of the easiest ways to be linked back to your real identity.

What we do with your email

We ask for an email only to confirm your account (double opt-in) and to let you reset your password. It is stored for these purposes alone.

  • Never displayed on your profile or in the forum
  • Never visible to other members or visitors
  • Never sold, shared or used for advertising

If you want maximum separation, use an email address that is not tied to your real name either.

Our hosting & data approach

The site runs on servers we control ourselves, chosen with privacy in mind. We deliberately keep the stack small: no third-party advertising networks, no external analytics that profile you, no social-media tracking pixels.

Assets like fonts and icons are served from our own servers, so loading a page does not quietly report your visit to anyone else.

IP addresses & security logs

Like any website, our servers briefly see your IP address. We use it for one thing: keeping the site safe - blocking spam, scrapers and abuse, and spotting attacks.

  • IP logs are kept only for a short security window
  • They are deleted automatically on a regular schedule
  • Afterwards we keep only aggregated statistics - counts and trends, with no IP addresses attached

In other words: the raw data that could identify a single visit does not stick around. What stays is anonymous and cannot be traced back to you.
